8 things to do in Calgary this week (September 2-5)
A new month ahead to tackle, but at least we’re tackling it with Labour Day first! For a day called Labour Day, we’re doing surprisingly little labour. What we are doing is filling the week with a bunch of awesome things to do in Calgary. We’re going to start the month off in the best way we can, as per usual!

CALGARY STAMPEDERS LABOUR DAY CLASSIC
Take me out to the ball gaaame, take me out to the Labour Day Classic Stamps gaaame… Like our remix? During the game, make sure to look up and spot the fighter jets as we salute the Canadian Armed Forces.

SHAKE, STIR AND STRAINBOW
Leading up to Calgary Pride 2019, 70+ restaurants have joined in on this boozy fundraiser. Partial proceeds from each signature cocktail sold will go to the Skipping Stone Foundation, which aims to support and empower transgender youth and their families.
